I don't use virtualbox, but try removing "rhgb" and "quiet" from the
boot command line. That should at least give you more information about
where it's getting stuck.
Also, you could try booting not in virtualbox, then running "journalctl
-b-1" to see if there is any information from the virtualbox attempt.
