Yes, I am seeing the same message. Had a number of other updates, and 
those were not going thru either, so had to manually do a dnf upgrade other 
to get those installed. Don't know why it said skipping, but wouldn't continue. 
In the past one could use --skip-broken with yum, and it would install the 
ones without a conflict.

Just rand dnf update on fc25 machine, and there are new updates, but still 
seeing the iptables issues, so having to manually install the others.
