I suggest you take a look at the list Guidelines, which ask people not to top-post, not to use HTML, and to quote selectively in their replies (and not the entire message as you seem to be doing). It's also usual to distinguish visually between the quoted material and the reply, normally by using the "> " prefix to quoted lines.
