There are several things you could do: 1. Perform a "traceroute www.google.com" or other site you are having issues with. You may find a hop in the route taken that points to an issue. 2. Do several "host -v www.google.com" or other site you have problems with. Look at the last line ("Received xx bytes from [ip-address-of-dns-server]#53 in yy ms").
