I have been using the "remind" calendar
program for a long time and I am now
having trouble reading the screen. It
provides a calendar page for the month

Can anyone tell me how to make the font
bold and a little larger?
Better yet would be to also change it to
white text on black.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,

'.Xresources' goes to the user's root dir, i.e.
~/.Xresources
Subsequently load the settings within:
$ xrdb ~/.Xresources
'tkremind' goes to the /usr/local/bin
Subsequently make it executable, as 'root':
# chmod +x /usr/local/bin/tkremind
That's it!

Plus more code than the list will allow
but received a copy directly via fastmail.
This is a great help to me, for the
first time in years I have a calendar
display the I can read easily! Larger
font, better contrast with white text on
a black background, and the display just
looks better all around. And now I know
how to mess with the display. :-)
Thank you for your time and effort in
doing this.
Good health in the coming years.
A happy, healthy and prosperous new year
to you also ...
