The output of "uname -r":
4.8.13-300.fc25.x86_64
The output of "rpm -qa | grep ^kmod":
kmod-23-1.fc25.x86_64
kmod-libs-23-1.fc25.x86_64

In the original message the OP stated...

"i did an update, installed nvidia drivers"

and

"When i press Ctrl+alt+F2 I can open log in as a root/user but still no GUI"

as well as

"and did not work(not in this particular order) "startx""

So, since the system has booted it is highly unlikely to be a disk problem needing an
fsck.  But one has to wonder if the kernel has been updated and if the problem isn't the
lack of a corresponding kmod-nvidia nvidia.

Since the OP has the ability to do a login.  I would think the question would be...

What is the output of "uname -r" and what is the output of "rpm -qa | grep ^kmod"
