What does the partitioning of the disk look like.
Can you post an fdisk -l booted from a live CD?
Disk /dev/sda: 465.8 GiB, 500107862016 bytes, 976773168 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x6183b2bc
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sda1 * 2048 2099199 2097152 1G 83 Linux
/dev/sda2 2099200 976773119 974673920 464.8G 8e Linux LVM
There we go.
F25 kind of killed my Alt-gr key as well. Otherwise it seems to have remembered my settings.
Rebooting and expecting the thing to lose the bootability.
