My laptop has an extra strip along the right-edge of the trackpad that acts like a mouse's scroll-wheel (all it will do is scroll the page, the mouse pointer position cannot be controlled by that part of the trackpad). And I've seen some that have a similar strip along the bottom edge, giving you the horizontal equivalent. I'd say that counts as a single-finger scroll.
