And, after you did all that and mounted all the other file systems contained on the LiveCD
you'd find that there is no "Packages" directory.  :-)

It isn't needed since the "install to disk" process simply copies whole directories from
the rootfs.img to where it is needed and doesn't do package installs like the DVD installs
of older releases.
