How do I restart the Desktop Manager under Fedora 24

Hi, I need some help
This is for a home computer
My desktop manager is freezing (XFCE). I can ssh into the system.

But I do not know how to restart the desktop manager.

My google fu is not working. I google by "restart desktop manager fedora 24" but do not get anything remotely useful. Maybe I am not using the magic incantation words.
