	OK, many thanks! With that assurance I mouse-hovered even what 
looked (to my ancient eyes) like flyspecks; one was the list of minimized 
windows, and it works. 

	Followup question: there are a few other icons that I don't even 
see, unless I look hard and slowly. Is there a way to enlarge individual 
icons, while leaving the rest alone??
