Konsole title doesn't change

For some reason, the latest Konsole package (konsole5-16.08.1-1.fc24.x86_64) has stopped updating the hostname on the title bar.  I've not changed the profile info in the settings, so this is a bit of a mystery.  
Anyone else seen this problem?
