I don't know the answer.  But if you don't get an answer here, you
should try the devel list, where the packagers hang out.

You can subscribe by sending an email to
devel-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with subscribe in the subject line, and from the email address you wish
to subscribe with.  I'm not sure how well it will work for an ignored
email address, since there is a confirmation email to that address.
