You could download and "dnf install alien", download the unifi code andalien -r unifi_sysvinit_all.debto convert the downloaded DEB to an RPM. Then install the RPM. I can't absolutely guarantee it'll work, but since all the software is free, why not give it a whirl!
Converting a .deb with alien almost never produces a reasonable rpm, in my experience. It does the job it's supposed to do; but the results are just not usually sufficient, particularly when it comes to system daemons.
In this case, the unifi init script is fairly debian-specific. -- Todd ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Shpx gur Pbzzhavpngvbaf Qrprapl Npg! -- Anonymous
