This is why you should always learn how to use all the
relevant command line tools (which for LVM have intensely
confusing names, and probably other sources of confusion
as well).

Developers keep "improving" or worse yet "simplifying" GUIs
and anything you once knew completely vanishes and becomes
a new learning curve to defeat before you can get anything
done.

The command line tools don't change as often (though sometimes
they get hacked up as well).
