OK... so I did it by inserting "hid-magicmouse.emulate_3button=0" to
/etc/default/grub within GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX= and then created a new
grub.cfg and rebooted.
Same as "/etc/sysctl.d/".
Actually, it isn't. sysctl only works for parameters that the module
allows changing at runtime. Putting the parameters on the kernel
command line is the same for built-in modules as modprobe.d settings are
for loadable modules.
