Any help appreciated.
I think I got a similar message when I turned off the
bluetooth transmitter via a switch on my laptop. It
was the "Error In Progress" that I recall.

Yes, but this is dual boot machine. BT works under windows, so it's not
a hardware issue. Also, BT and wireless share the same hw switch.
Wireless works fine under F23, only BT fails.
