Network manager has a component which handle that "captive portal page". So my browser is not launched at all. Basically when the computer connects to the wifi network Network Manager launched a "browser like" application and display the captive portal page. I have found some bugs affecting that part which are 6+ months old but do not help me with my problem. Bug I am talking about is: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1252839 Thank you.
