Hi, David,

It seems as if somehow, after inserting the HP card and rebooting, the
network driver of
eno1 was not loaded (though it should have).
If this is the case, you can load the driver manually.

What does ethtool -i enpls0f0 and enpls0f1 show ?

And more important: what does ethtool -i eno1 show (when the original
card is inserted, before  adding the HP card)?
