i think that you are in UEFI mode and you see the Windows Manager that registered itself to EUFI list of bootables ... you can choose "sda" (your actual drive) and then install a linux. HTH, Adrian
OS. My question is what I should add to the boot option in the BIOS in lieu of the Windoze Boot Manager. Normally, the bios entries for machines I have previously installed says "Hard Disk" and I never bother with it much. Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance and best wishes, Ranjan
