I have a vertical scroll bar on all the sites that I'd expect having one.  What site(s)
don't show for you?

I must also report that Firefox still has, sadly, the same brain-damaged Gnome-based scrollbar it had for the last few releases; which swaps the traditional functionality of the left and right mouse button clicks.

From an older thread in this ML, that behaviour can be reverted to the old way by adding this line to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini:
gtk-primary-button-warps-slider=false
