Ask away: http://ask.fedoraproject.org Maybe as a wrap up I'd like to add it only started with v46 and disabling the add-ons didn't fix it. So I just had to export bookmarks, saved passwords and remove the .mozilla folder. That fixed it. I reinstalled the add-ons and all my scroll bars are back.
