This is really the wrong list for this question. The rpmfusion list
would be the better place. I'm guessing you downloaded the rpm from
somewhere and are trying to install it locally. Are you really on
Fedora 21? You should go to the rpmfusion site and install the release
file from there first. Then you can install those packages using dnf.
Actually, looking closer at what you wrote, unless you wrote it wrong, I
don't know what you're doing. But anyway, follow my previous instructions.
