The "unable to resolve host" message indicates you have a broken DNS system, apparently. On my system:
[root@prophead ~]# host raw.githubusercontent.com raw.githubusercontent.com is an alias for github.map.fastly.net. github.map.fastly.net has address 23.235.47.133 So get your DNS stuff fixed first. Further on, I don't recognize that as a standard repo, so you're sorta on your own.
