virt fail to connect to qemu/kvm after qemu patching

Hello, i patched my qemu and reinstalled everything from my rpm files (after desinstalling conflicting packages).
Problem is virt is now failing, when launching virt-manager i have a message saying :
unable to connect to libvirt.
no connection driver available for qemu:///system\

This is a mystery to me, driver is indeed there and all packages are there too, tried to troubleshooting with google but no luck so far.
Anybody happen to know how to fix this?
