how to enable touchpad on ASUS G752VL-DH71 running f23 live

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

i just picked up a new ASUS G752VL gaming laptop, booted a F23 live DVD in
basic graphics mode, i'm in gnome, still some tweaking to do but, for the
life of me, i can't enable the touchpad.

i've tried the H/W based Fn+F9 which several people online suggest, and
a regular USB mouse works fine. i've gone into the configuration, but
see nothing related to enabling/disabling the touchpad. any hints as to
where i should be looking? thanks.

rday

p.s. if anyone else has installed F23 on this beast, feel free to let
me know what other gotchas you ran into.
