The 11.2.202.554 RPM seems to be the latest, and is only one month old.
When I try that URL with firefox I get the complaint you reported. When
I try with the current Chrome the video plays OK. There have been so
many security updates to flash in the last year that this is far from
the first time a plugin has been widely blacklisted before the fix is
widely deployed.
