Hard to tell without knowing what (sub)processes are still running.
It could be that you're facing the repoquery insanity that's (quote)

Either give it a proper -m option to point it at the Rawhide config for Mock
(see "man fedora-review"), or visit /etc/mock and adjust the default.cfg
symlink.
