rpmbuild doesn't download sources, but IIRC "fedpkg" does.
Uhm, yeah, but from dist-git repos only, I think. fedora-review
also downloads and I don't think it's dist-git specific (it uses the
method in the "SourceX" URL). Not 100% sure on that, I've never used
it.
