I've waited two or three minutes with no change.
I decide to go to a console screen and see what is
running, so I hit Ctrl-Alt-F2.
Boom! I instantly get a gnome3 desktop. If I do
Ctrl-Alt-F1, the desktop is still there.
I'm seeing almost the same thing on F22 w/ kernel 4.2.6. When I login I do get a desktop but I tried going to a VT with Ctl-Alt-F2, nothing, so I I go to VT3 which works. Then I hit Ctl-Alt-F1 and I get the GDM login screen again! I log in again. Curious, I then went back to VT3 and could get the desktop on VT2 and GDM on VT1.
Strange.
Thanks,
Richard
