In F22 and later, yum was renamed to yum-deprecated and can therefore coexist with dnf-yum transition package. What you can try is to upgrade yum to version >= 3.4.3-505. Then, with sufficiently new dnf, you should be able to install both at the same time. I haven't tested this but taking the latest versions of dnf, yum and their dependencies should be the easiest way to do what you are trying to do.
