When I request a new password, this message appears:A token for changing your password has been emailed to you. Follow the instructions in that email to change your password.But after a few hours, the promised email has not appeared.
Well, I wasn't patient enough. I put in a request about 7:30am; the reply came about 9:20am. In the future I'll wait longer. But does anyone know the reason for the delay? Usually new password tokens arrive essentially immediately.
