Ok, you can be sure the real device under /boot in /dev/disk/by-uuid/
I guess you will have 9abf4d-17aa-47fb-8f22-5d0d33711684 pointing to /dev/cciss/c0d0p1
If I'm right, I think you will not have problems at boot time...
