should I modify with grub2-mkconfig??

[root@pauls-desktop boot]# ls -l /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 12189 Aug 27 06:39 /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
[root@pauls-desktop boot]# ls -l /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
-rwx------ 1 root root 12189 Aug 27 06:40 /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
