Please be more explicit. You didn't tell _how_ you upgraded.

Did you use the --product option?

I ask this, because the firewalld-config-workstation package doesn't
exist anymore in F22. And unless it's obsoleted/replaced by some other
package, you need to handle it during the upgrade. That's one reason
why there are specific steps for fedup.
