I am glad to see I am not alone, and others have figured it out.. so, it seems no one runs the NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-352.30. <https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/1437/8432/10/us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/352.30/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-352.30.run> and everyone just uses dnf & akmod-nvidia..
