I think that should be
systemctl restart chronyd.service

# systemctl enable ntpd.service
ln -s '/usr/lib/systemd/system/ntpd.service' '/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ntpd.service'
# systemctl start ntpd.service
