OK, you are using different SMTP servers for each account and switching to IP addresses makes no difference. For the connections you're using SSL/TLS and the Authentication Method is "Normal Password"? If so, you're using the standard port of 465? And, just to confirm, on the first click you get a message that says "Time-out" (without details) almost immediately?
