command like this, as user:

$ dconf write /org/gnome/terminal/legacy/profiles:/:${Profile_ID}/word-char-exceptions
'@ms "-,.;/?%&#_=+@~·:"'

I added : at the end of the string.

To get the ${Profile_ID}:
$ gsettings get org.gnome.Terminal.ProfilesList list
['b1dcc9dd-5262-4d8d-a863-c897e6d979b9']
so it's b1dcc9dd-5262-4d8d-a863-c897e6d979b9 on my box.
