Every time I tried to install F22 it failed at a different place. I finally decided to test the memory, and found the problem. I had purchased two refurbished Dell's and had hopes to have two dual boot machines. I tested the memory of the second unit before I even tried to install F22, and it failed within the first 60 seconds. I have never had memory fail before so this was low on my list of suspect. Now, I will never install a new unit without testing the memory first. I wasted a lot of time trying to install F22 on the first machine. Hope this note will help others.
