But, an update from the repos today (I am set up by cron to do an update every night) fixed it. So there was something missing which has now come in and I am back to being a happy camper (as far as fonts go). I have to say that so far I have not had any negative experience with F22 (but then I do run a very mininalistic distribution). Thanks again for all you help and explanattions!!
