If PackageKit is running, its dbus entry was found (in /usr/share/dbus-1) And the only way I've found to turn PackageKit off is to disable that entry. What happens if you run yum update or dnf upgrade from the command line? Do you see the program accessing any repos? > Am I just being stupid? Doubtful. > Any clues?
