Is there a package of Linux which contains this?
Doesn't look like it's packaged for Fedora, but there is a debian
package, which refers to this as the NetBSD source:
<http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/usr.bin/leave/>

I am amused to see that the makefile hasn't been modified in 17 years.

It shouldn't be hard to add to Fedora if anyone is interested. (Or to
just build, using the source from the debian package directly)

Found older orig sources at
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/usr.bin/leave/
but the link you sent ha smore recent revs.

I googled for a tool that converts bsd make files to gnu.
So far, no real hit :(
