A `yum distro-sync` should take care of it, but I recommend you thoroughly review http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Fenris02/Distribution_upgrades_and_cleaning_up_after_them . --Pete
That did the trick thank you all. I had to remove google earth to get the sync to work but the end result is good.
