Remove all kernels except one which you have verified to be bootable on your
system, so that you're able to boot when hell takes over. You have a complete
and fully functional backup of your system, do you? If not, the time is now.

I've never used any distribution kernel, but I assume you can uninstall the
various superfluous incarnations using yum. If not, you can simply delete the
System.map, initramfs and vmlinuz files of a particular kernel in /boot.
