I confirm I successfully use rpmfusion in Fedora 21.
The repo is available at least since a week.
However, be aware that some package are still labeled as fc19 and you
get an error if you try to install it.
For instance 'gmameui':
$ sudo yum install gmameui

I refer to a warning message when fedup first ran: something about no
new packages being installed on RPMfusion-nonfree.
Since then I have not seen any further warnings or errors relating to
that rather puzzling message.
