Yes, I had already used wget, that's why I said it looked intentional. I
was mainly trying to find the Fedora 21 full install DVD, but I now
understand that it is no longer provided.
I got feedback from one of the fedora web people that this is an intentional thing with the intent to discourage the use of fedoraproject.org in favor of getfedora.org as the primary website.
I think it could have been handled more gracefully.
