Garbage on screen with F20 & F21 - ATI free drivers

Hi!

I got a garbaged screen since a big xorg update about 3 weeks agoon F20.
I usually don't complain as problems tend to get fixed very fast. Though
this one didn't and I decided to upgrade to F21...to notice the problem
is there too. I haven't found any recent bug describing the issue and
was therefore posting here wondering if it was me or not.
