After further testing, it appears that PDF printing is broken.  Printing a
page from google-chrome works fine.

After further testing, it seems neither okular nor evince works.
But adobe acroread does print correctly.


Try switching your window decorations away from the Oxygen theme. That's the word: that Oxygen is flawed.
