Check within the newly created users, xfce4-accessibility-settings, xfce4-mouse-settings and xfce4-keyboard-settings.
$ systemctl isolate multi-user.target
$ startxfce4

BTW to prove this is specific to the particular device, guess what, check with another one. ;)
